shipping policy | returns, exchanges & refunds

 

We want you to LOVE your PROCLAIM gear, but let’s be realistic about shipping timelines, returns, exchanges and refunds.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that some potential delays may occur due to either high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of PROCLAIM's control.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free shipping anywhere in the United States. Customers requiring international shipping must pay for that selection at checkout.

CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. It will include a tracking number that you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@proclaim365.com with your name and order number and our team will look into it for you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and will be reviewed upon request.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of refund approval, first check your bank account or credit card statement. The next step would be to contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@proclaim365.com.

 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

The same 30-day returns & exchanges policy mentioned above applies to sale items.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at hello@proclaim365.com or text us at +1 (646) 724-2117.

 

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Upon approval of a return or exchange request, you will be provided with a return shipping label via email. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
