How do I join MVP Rewards? You can sign up here to become an MVP member. If you have an existing login for our BIBLEin365 program, there is no action required–you’re already a site member with access to MVP Rewards.
I entered my email to get on the MVP List. Is that the same as joining MVP Rewards? No. The MVP List enables us to send you email notifications but you still need to become a site member in order to redeem points for rewards. Don’t worry–any orders you placed with your MVP List email address still earned loyalty points. Just make sure to use that same email address when you sign up here to become a member.
I have a login to access the BIBLEin365 program. Am I already part of MVP Rewards? Yes–you are a site member already. Just remember that you must be logged into your account to redeem your points. If you place a PROCLAIM order, be sure to use the same email address for the order that you use to log into BIBLEin365 or, be logged into your account at the time you place your order.
I placed orders in the past but wasn’t a site member. Did I receive any loyalty points? Yes. Any email address used to complete an order accrues loyalty points. However, those points can only be redeemed once a login is created using that email address.
How do I earn MVP points? Points are earned by purchasing a product, completing a BIBLEin365 devotional, or by downloading our free BIBLEin365 app.
How do I claim rewards? Once you have enough points to claim a reward, you will get an email notification informing you of your points balance. You will receive this email whether or not you’re a site member already. Just remember, you must formally join the loyalty program by becoming a site member in order to redeem your points. Once signed into your account, you can see how many points you’ve earned and redeem them for rewards coupons from your My Rewards page. Any rewards you’re eligible for will have a ‘Get Coupon' button next to the relevant reward. Click it to receive a promo code. Copy that code and apply it at checkout to claim your reward. *Please note: the coupon is a single-use promo code. Once you click ‘Get Coupon,’ points will be deducted from your balance automatically. If you change your mind and decide to use a different coupon or if you don’t end up utilizing the code, the points you initially redeemed will not go back on your account. Do loyalty points expire? Nope! Your points are yours to use now or save up for future rewards.
