So I’m doing today’s daily reading and it fascinates me that we are almost done with the book of Genesis and I mean I’m doing plans outside of this on this app and my other Bible app just to help me get rid of a few things that are that I’m hanging onto in my life that I should not have been anymore since I moved, but it amazes me that we are almost done with the book of Genesis and that we’re going to be going forward from here in reading this entirety in one year

It really is amazing how quickly Genesis has gone by, especially when you realize how foundational it is to everything that comes after. I also appreciate how you’re being intentional—using additional plans and Scripture to let go of things that no longer belong in this season of your life. God often uses His Word to gently clear space in our hearts as we move forward with Him.
Reading the Bible cover to cover in a year makes you see God’s story unfolding in a whole new way. It’s exciting to think about what’s ahead and how He’ll continue to speak to us as we keep walking through it together.
